What data we collect
- Account: e-mail address and password (stored encrypted), plus subscription status.
- Payments: name, billing address and tax ID, through the Stripe processor. We do not see or store card details.
- Cutting projects saved in your account (PRO).
- Contact messages: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and the message, so we can reply.
- The PDF and Word files you convert never reach us: they are processed only in your browser.
- Weight and salary calculations are kept only in your browser (localStorage).
- With your consent: visit statistics and advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To provide your account and subscription (performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for invoicing (legal obligation, (c)), to reply to your messages (consent, (a)) and for statistics and advertising, only with consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and forms).
How long we keep it
Account data, for as long as the account exists. Billing data, 10 years, as required by accounting law. Contact messages, up to 24 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contact@e-utilio.ro. You can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
