You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
e-utilio Steel Cut Pro subscriptions
The Workshop plan (1 user) costs 59 € a month or 590 € a year, and the Production plan (up to 3 users) 119 € a month or 1,190 € a year. The prices shown are final. The Factory plan is contracted on quotation. Every new account gets a free 3-day trial, which is not renewed and needs no card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My account; access stays active until the end of the paid period, with no refund for a period already started. A user seat is used by one person only.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Right of withdrawal
The subscription is a digital service supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly agree that supply starts immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. If technical problems prevent you from using the service, write to us and we will fix them or refund you.
Disputes
For complaints write to contact@e-utilio.ro. You can also contact ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
